What Has, What Has Not, and What Hopefully Will – 2011.2012

Hey, guys. How was your new years eve? Mine was not so great, but never mind, not the point.

So, this is a typical post. New year and all, we should look back and make resolutions. Okay, you might be interested in reading my previous similar post that I posted a year ago. Ago, going from there let’s see how we’re doing on ‘what hopefully will’ department:

1. Good moslem: apparently not as much as I expected. Though I did go to Mecca for Umrah. It was mind blowing, but yea Satan is so strong.

2. Better sleeping habit: CHECKED! well, after moving to France, it’s kind of necessary to have a better sleeping habit in order to make it to class. And besides, it’s cold here, so it’s easier for me to get asleep. :)

3. Vegetarian: this one is so silly, and I’ll think I’m going to remove it from my resolution list for now. Perhaps, I should reconsider 20 years later. :P

4. Study abroad: CHECKED. Now that I’m in France and hanging out with many people from different countries, so all good.

5. Better body shape: so-so. I mean I did work out for quite some time in Indonesia, but since moving out here I don’t work out as much. But yea, still a good start. :D

6. More stuff: ABSOLUTELY! tablet, handphones, lens, laptop, etc. Yeay stuff!!!

7. Vlog: oh, no no. Actually I tried to make a vlog twice, and I think it was funny but you know what, it takes a lot of courage to upload it because people in Youtube (or any other vidchannels) can be so mean sometimes. And I’m so shyy. :”>

So, I guess since we’re removing vlog and vegetarian, I get 3 out of 5. Well, 3.5 out of 5 maybe. :P

For this year, the big and creepy 2012 (since the world’s going to end and all), I haven’t really thought about it actually, what I’m going to do. I’m just focused on trying to get through my first semester here, trying to adapting and all. So, okay let’s just put whatever comes to my mind first:

1. All the unachieved resolutions.
2. Become a better violinist.
3. Get a job, an internship or whatever. Just earn some money.
4. No more stuff! Save money!
5. Have a lot of French friends. :D

Yea, I guess that’s all. Even for that, I need 15 min of hard thinking.
